What’s the Workshop Purpose?
We’re delighted to have this workshop presented by Cedric Krumnes, who will highlight the power of using plain English/plain language, and explore how to harness that power. Plain English is ideal for explaining complex issues such as data protection, but it is also hugely impactful in building equality, diversity and inclusion across all sectors, especially social housing.
As with all DiSH Workshops, the session will be engaging and interactive, and will provide actionable advice, as well as food for thought, in a friendly and supportive community.
Who should attend?
Anyone who needs to communicate as part of their job, especially when you need to explain complex principles and/or share information with a large number of people, either colleagues or customers. Being able to communicate clearly is a crucial skill for people in all sectors and at all career stages, and everyone is welcome here, whether or not you work in housing, including but not limited to:
