What are the differences between DPAs (Data Processing Agreements) and DSAs (Data Sharing Agreements)? In this episode we look at the differences, and how and when to use both DPAs and DSAs.
We also talked about the new Data (Use & Access) Act and whether we need to panic (hint: we don’t, but there’s one big positive!) and how to prioritise tasks and projects using Clare’s Purpose/Costs Matrix, instead of the more traditional Urgent/Important Matrix (in case your brain works like Clare’s and tells you everything is urgent and important all the time!)
