Aaron Reese of Project Overwatch presented on Data Quality. Knowing what to do is one thing, but knowing how to do it is often a whole other thing. The GDPR Principles require that data should be good quality – relevant, accurate, up-to-date – but how on earth to make sure that actually happens? Especially when organisations are dealing with years’ worth of data messes!

That’s what Aaron Reese shared with us at today’s Hive Online. Not only has Aaron built a really clever system to identify and improve data quality (DQ) issues, but he talked about how to “gameify” DQ so that it doesn’t just get done, but it gets done with enthusiasm!
